finallyOman. It is notable that the Gulf
countries, in general, achieved rates
higher than the general rate, indicating
that Gulf governments› interest
to provide their services in smart
electronicway to please the clients and
promote their welfare.
Confident leaps
The following figure explains the progress
achieved by the UAE between 2010 and
2016.
The figure showed the progress achieved
in all four levels / staged between 2010 and
2016, the UAE results jumped from 68 to
100 in the first level and from 22 to 100 in
the second level, from 1 to 87 in the third
level and from 10 to 66 in the fourth level.
The figure stated that the index measures
the maturity level of smart / electronic
services in accordance with the four levels
/ staged on order respectively (Emerging,
enhanced, procedural and relevant).
