steel tracks system connected with the
restaurant tables.
Food and drinks delivered to the guests in
this restaurant on a roller coaster system
consisting of 3 stainless steel, multi spirals
and roller tracks. When the guest ordered
a meal using a digital menu the order is
automatically sent to the kitchen in which
the meals are prepared.
The restaurant has a roller coaster
system of stainless steel and roller tracks,
multi spirals with loops, steep turns in
special transport delivery of international
delicious dishes to the guests.
Each table is connected with a roller
coaster in a special delivery system the
quest can see dishes gliding down via
multi spirals gravity-driven system from
the kitchen to the table.
The process begins as the guest selects a
serially-numbered desk, then reads the
digital menu of different international
dishes for all tastes and finally orders his
favorite dish.
Just in fewminutes, the guest sees ordered
numbered dishes and cups glide through
stainless roller coaster down to his desk.
The restaurant also strictly adheres to
safety procedures in dishes delivery
system, the traditional dishes are replaced
by well-packed and strapped metal dishes
that the guest has to release it from
and move it to the table. Drinks are also
delivered in well-covered cups glide down
into roller coaster containers.
The roller coaster tracks weigh about 30K
kg consisting of 1000 m of stainless steel
and 18K wheels with the tracks maximum
height is 12 m and dishes speed on roller
coaster tracks is 8-2 k/h in addition,
basically, rollercoaster tracks system is a
gravity- driven theme. Moreover roller
coaster delivery system has accurate
calculation of angles of incidence and
slide and it is regularly cleaned by robots.
Each rollercoaster clean takes about
two minutes, the restaurant preparation
has taken about 12 months while the
restaurant architectural design has taken
about 4 months.
