launches to pay a park ticket on Apple Watch
Mawqifi smart app launched by Ajman
Municipal & Planning Department is the
first smart app for paying park tickets in the
Middle East on Apple smart Watch in addition
it is the first app in the smart watches in Ajman
Government.
Yahia Ibrahim Ahmed, Director General of
Ajman Municipal & Planning Department has
launched the app developed in cooperation
with a smart app development admin and
engineering affairs sector in the Department on
the occasion of events of 23 GCC TrafficWeek at
a national level.
Ajman Municipal & Planning Department
launched in GCC Traffic Week a group of smart
services the customers can use such as Mawqifi
app on smart phones in Apple Store and Google
Play in addition to Apple smart watches.
The smart app is intended to improve customer
experience through provision of smart services
easier and faster in order to reserve a park in
Ajman meeting customer expectations and
ensuring added value through saving park ticket
fees by using smart apps. The park reservation
is very easy, effective and secure can be easily
accomplished in two steps.
He also praised the department achievement
of smart services for customers and constant
pursuit in coordination with the engineering
affairs sector in order to keep up with the
government efforts and policies for smart
transformation of Ajman city.
He also added that Ajman Municipal & Planning
Department smart services has been achieved
by direction of Sheikh Rashid bin Hameed Al
Naimi, Head of Department to use all potentials
available in order to develop and improve
services proactively for customers that helps
increase customer satisfaction and enhance its
position in organizational excellence.
