Interactive app allows video hosting and appointment
management for visitors and exhibitors
The International Defence Exhibition and
Conferences (IDEX) has partnered with
MediaCubed LLC to develop a mobile
application for 2015 edition of IDEX.
The mobile ap-
plication aims to
provide
visitors
and exhibitors with
insights and infor-
mation on the city
of Abu Dhabi and
IDEX show fea-
tures. It also aims
to enhances the of-
ferings at IDEX by
providing a digital platform for visitors to
stay abreast with the event details.
The 2015 edition of IDEX is the first in-
teractive mobile app for IDEX, hosting
videos, indoor naviga-
tion and appointment
management for visitors and exhibitors
alike. It is the first of its kind to not only
Exhibitions but to promote Abu Dhabi as
a destination.
The IDEX 2015 mobile application will in-
clude features such as the latest Indoor
navigation, full 3D profiling of
all exhibitors with video gal-
lery.
Exhibitors can showcase cor-
porate profiles, products and
services. Visitors and delega-
tions will also be able to navi-
gate with ease, make meet-
ing requests and maximize
their IDEX tours.
The application will be avail-
able on all smartphones and
can be easily downloaded
from Apple Store and android
stores late January 2015.
