Al Maktoum stressed that the Islamic

Economy Salaam Gateway name has

been chosen as a UAE sincere real

peace message that carries secure

promising future which is the best highest

security standard we seek to achieve.

The development of Islamic Economy

depends on information systems

development in order to be an integrated

well-defined economy, he said.

He added that even though economic

activities can be developed by positive

and negative experiences, but it also

needs a knowledge-scientific approach

that drives the Islamic Economy sectors,

mechanisms and goals and provides the

scientific measures that ensure achieving

the best results.

He added that business is based on

knowledge while success is attained by

science., Our message through Salaam

Gateway is to raise the Islamic economy

education values and establish the bases

upon which well-aware communities

can be established with best economic

choices recognizing that economy is

fundamental for social and economic

sustainability, in other word, creation of a

fair stable great nation.

He said that we desire to see in near future

a new discipline that takes its deserved

position among other disciplines i.e.

Islamic Economy. The global Islamic

Economy portal is the first step to achieve

this goal.

Finally, he said that for new generations,

we have established Salaam Gateway

that is a source of knowledge and

economic rules and ethics. It assists

next generations in innovating and

continuing Islamic economy progress -

a unique unmatched system that would

build a nation of justice, welfare and

sustainability.

The ceremony of Salaam Gateway

launch that has been developed by Dubai

Economic Development Center initiative

has been organized in cooperation with

Thomson Reuters in the first day of the

global summit of Islamic Economy hosted

by Dubai.

SalaamGateway is the first onlineplatform

that provides all Islamic Economy related

researches, news, information, and data

required by Islamic economy specialists

to develop and uphold their studies and

innovations. The platform also provides

analysis and information from the Islamic

economy experts, analysts, scholars,

and other Islamic economy components

specialists.

Salaam Gateway provides daily news

of Islamic economy from the major

newspapers, magazines and publications

in the main Islamic economy markets as

well as weekly analysis on the influential

issues in Islamic economy businesses

prepared by sector personnel, experts

and analysts. In addition to regular

interviews with the sector leaders

and concerned parties in all Islamic

economy areas, case studies, reasoning

onions and guidelines of regulations,

certifications and accreditations. In
