an online
training workshop
CoDI hosts
The Telecommunications Regulatory
Authority (TRA), represented by the
UAE mGovernment’s Center of Digi-
tal Innovation’s (CoDI), has recently
organized a training workshop for
government entities on performing
mSurvey. The workshop was held on-
line and witnessed wide participation
from staff representing various enti-
ties interested in performing surveys
to explore and study the needs and
requirements of their customers.
The mSurvey is an integrated smart
platform with a new design and ap-
proach that significantly contributes in
saving effort and cost for government
entities and at the same time enables
them to reach wider segment of the
target audience. The new design also
ensures that the audience will convey
their views and opinions quickly and
with higher transparency level to the
concerned authorities.
This survey is available in both Arabic
and English languages and enables
the government entity to prepare re-
ports, comparisons, and statistics. In
addition, it provides them with a smart
database they can refer to anytime in
order to use the previously prepared
surveys or prepare a new one.
“We base our development strate-
gies and action plans in the UAE
mGovernment projects according to
the directives of our wise leadership
and their wider future vision,” said
H.E. Hamad Obaid Al Mansouri, TRA
Director General and mGovernment
Director General.
He added that these directives in-
clude prioritizing the clients’ needs
and evaluating their feedback on all
services provided as they can give a
transparent and objective opinion on
how these services can be improved
and developed to meet all their needs
and save the time and effort.
We also stress on our work in coordi-
nation with various government enti-
ties in the UAE in order to improve the
offered services in various fields to
attain our ultimate goal and achieve
customer satisfaction and delight
“The mSurvey represents one of
the many development approaches
we are adopting to reach all cus-
tomers anywhere in order to get a
comprehensive view on the needs
and requirements they expect to get
from government entities offering
each service in addition to exploring
the potential aspects of improve-
ment and development. We believe
that these initiatives and efforts will
have a significant positive impact
and contribute in promoting the use
of mobile applications and increas-
ing the usage rates of government
services,” he added.
