leadership and noble morals, you can find them in the person of His

model in leadership.
There is no doubt that each nation has its own and unique record of
achievements to be proud of. Its people can contemplate and analyze
such events to draw lessons and inspirations that push them forward. His
Highness’ personal letter to federal government employees and his re-
sponse to the invitation of an employee to attend her wedding are most
certainly gestures that carry tremendous and noble meanings that will be
kept in history records.
In its 17th issue, mGov magazine features two video reportages. The first
one is about the letter of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al
Maktoum, praising the efforts of government employees in developing the
nation. The letter has encouraged a positive energy spirit, and clear vision,
reflecting the leader’s keenness on sharing success with the people.
The second reportage covered His Highness’ response to the invitation
of an employee to attend her wedding. His attendance was an indication
of the close ties between leadership and the people. The gesture showed
the efforts exerted by leadership to make their people happy. The people
in return show gratitude and loyalty.

Nasser Al Raisi, General Director of Central Operations in Abu Dhabi
Police and Chairman of the MOI’s E-transformation Higher Committee,
stated that the MOI has set in place a strategic plan to manage smart and
