NAFIS - The Emirati Talent Competitiveness programme

NAFIS is a comprehensive federal programme aimed at strengthening the competitiveness of Emirati talent and enabling them to take on various roles in the UAE’s private sector. Under NAFIS, the UAE has allocated AED 24 billion to employ at least 75,000 Emiratis in the private sector by 2025. Find out more about NAFIS.
