    Required Documents

    The required documents issued by approved authorities require a stamp, taking into consideration that the digital stamp is acceptable.
    1. Copy of Certificate of Competency

    2. Copy of basic safety training certificates

    3. Copy of the seafarer ID (CDC)

    4. 2 personnel photos

    5. The certificate of proficiency (COP) completing training for cargo operation.
