Based on the
efforts of the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources to develop the Hayat
Program for Psychological and Moral Support for employees of the Federal
Government and increase awareness of it, and its keenness to involve its
employees and customers in the decision-making for its development in form and
content. A survey will be sent to
receive the employees and customer's development opinions and views, on
marketing messages and the content of the site's content.
From the survey, FAHR seeks to involve its employees and customers in
the process of updating the marketing messages of the Hayat Program - in form
and content - in order to facilitate customers and increase the volume of
benefit from the initiative.
Decision-Making:
The Authority will stand on the customers and employees' development proposals and feedbacks, which will help develop the program in terms of design and content; In order to reach the level of ambitions and aspirations of the dealers.

The Authority held a brainstorming session to develop the marketing collaterals for "Hayat" Program for the Psychological and Moral Support for federal government employees, through which it seeks to involve its employees in the process of updating the marketing messages of the "Hayat" initiative - in form and content - in order to facilitate customers and increase the volume of benefit from the initiative. The proposals and views of the development specialists from the departments were taken, which would help in developing the initiative in terms of design and content; In order to reach the level of ambitions and aspirations of the dealers.
