FAHR: Developing the Government Skills Bank Initiative

Measuring the satisfaction of the Authority’s employees with the Government Skills Bank initiative.


Purpose of Consultation:


Finding out the opinion of the Authority’s employees about the mechanism for developing and activating the Government Skills Bank initiative through a virtual brainstorming session.


Decision-Making:


Creating new methods of marketing the initiative, and working on preparing innovative marketing campaigns, based on the development and improvement proposals and opinions of employees.


Outcomes of the Brainstorming Session:

The Authority held a brainstorming session to develop the Government Skills Bank initiative, with the participation of a number of Authority employees. During the virtual session, some developmental notes received from administrations and from some federal entities were discussed.

The proposals and opinions of development specialists from the departments and some concerned parties in the federal government were taken into consideration, which would help in developing the portal and making the necessary updates on it. In line with their needs, as well as in setting up a marketing mechanism and raising awareness of the portal.
