FAHR: Customer satisfaction with Qudurat Initiative for Federal Government employees

The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR) aims to support the Federal Government and enable them to build capabilities of government employees in order to achieve UAE vision 2021, through studying and proposing best practices and solutions that will measure the capabilities of employees and develop them to enable national competencies and Federal Human Capital development 

Consultation Purpose

The General Capabilities Measurement Framework in the Federal Government was developed with the aim of simplifying the process of measuring capabilities at federal government level and developing it in the future

Decision Making:

The Authority will measure the level of interaction with the initiative and stand on the opinions and suggestions of the specialists from the federal government, to participate in its development visions to enhance the strengths and to set corrective measures for gaps, to raise their level of satisfaction and happiness with the project

Outcome

After analyzing the results of the questionnaire that measures the level of satisfaction with Measuring Capabilities in the Federal Government “Qudarat”, the proposals and opinions of specialists from the federal government were taken into account, which would help simplify the process of measuring capabilities at the federal government level and developing them in the future. It also helps in setting up a marketing mechanism and raising awareness of the initiative.

The results were examined and about 10 proposals were received, and they were taken into consideration, and then based on them in developing corrective actions.
