FAHR:Federal Government satisfaction with the HR Business Partners initiative

Through the initiative of “HR Business Partners”, the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources seeks to bring its services closer to human resources departments and officials in ministries and federal entities, through a specialized elite of its employees to provide the necessary support to ensure the effectiveness implementation of the human resources strategy in the federal government

:Purpose of Consultation 

The Authority seeks to explore the views of its customers, managers and human resources officials in the federal authorities on the effectiveness of the initiative “HR Business Partners” and the efficiency of business partners, and the level of satisfaction with them, through a special questionnaire in this regard 

:Decision Making 

The Authority will stand on the customers’ views and suggestions, to make the necessary corrective actions and improvement for any gaps, and to facilitate the process of communication and respond to inquiries directly, within specific time frames, meet their needs, and raise the level of satisfaction and happiness with the services of the Authority

Outcome

After analyzing the results of the questionnaire that measures the level of satisfaction with the Proactive Business Partners Initiative for the year 2020, the proposals and opinions of managers and officials of HR in Federal Entities were taken into consideration, which would help simplify the process of communication and respond to inquiries directly, within specific time frames, that meet their needs. And it raises their level of satisfaction and happiness with the services of the authority.

The results were examined and about 10 proposals were received, and they were taken into consideration, and then based on them in developing corrective actions.
