Description: Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation approved the methodology of “evaluation of the outsourcing experience” which aims to

Know the actual performance level of service centers and efficiency of their procedures*

To what extent the objectives determined by MOHRE and the Government are achieved*

Know level of achieving the governmental aspirations by service centers*

The evaluation will cover all service centers for all trademarks (Tasheel, Tadbeer, Twafouq, Taqyeem) that are assigned to provide MOHRE services in all over the Emirates as per the contractual conditions 

Under supervision and direction of the organization unit head concerned with the trademark in MOHER, the Ministry approved implementation of concentration workshops for both ‘investors’ and ‘employees’ categories as well as field evaluation for customers. During these workshops, the following was achieved

Diagnosis of all challenges*

Analysis of root causes of each challenge*

Suggestion of recommendations and appropriate solutions*

Objective: The workshops aim to know the opinions, notes and suggestions of investors, employees and customers to evaluate the outsourcing of services process and work on improvement and development of processes and procedures 

Expected decisions: MOHRE will analyze the current situation and list all the challenges, notes and suggestions for studying then suggest developmental initiative and projects

Outcome

Making the decision: H.E. the Minister has adopted the developmental initiatives plan for all trademarks approved by MOHER. Moreover, H.E. instructed to start working on execution of these initiatives
