In the line with its commitment to improve public health in the United Arab Emirates, the Ministry of Health and Prevention has launched an awareness campaign against Hepatitis in partnership with the Emirates Division for Digestive and Liver Diseases. The campaign aims to raise public awareness about hepatitis and provide better solutions for managing the disease by empowering and directing patients to receive and adhere to treatment in addition to provide moral support, which the patient often lacks in the treatment of the disease
Through this consultation, the Ministry of Health and Prevention aims to measure community awareness of the dangers of hepatitis virus and infection methods and prevention and to identify their opinions and suggestions for the awareness campaign to reach all citizens and residents of the United Arab Emirates to forward them to achieve their goals with complete healing
After examining the public views and proposals, the Ministry of Health and Prevention will intensify its educational and awareness-raising campaigns through various means of communication and develop this important educational campaign on hepatitis and answer public inquiries about the disease to raise their awareness
